Every operator picks a postcode or defined area. That postcode belongs to one operator. Activity that flows through the platform inside that territory is associated with the operator who holds it.
One postcode. One operator. Multiple types of activity — each earning the operator their share. If a job comes up that the operator cannot handle, it gets referred inside the network. The referring operator still earns. Nobody sits above the operator extracting margin. The operator owns the ground.
Our Values and How We Work
The platform earns when activity flows through it — a small share of every job that runs through the system. The postcode operator earns from activity in their patch. A landlord lists a property — the operator earns from the let. A maintenance job comes through — the operator earns from the referral. A sale completes — the operator earns their share.
