Who is this for?
Complete novice
No experience. Just local knowledge and the drive to use it.
Letting agent / sourcer
Already in property. Want the infrastructure without the fees.
Developer / investor
Portfolio already running. Want deal flow and referral income.
You know your area better than any agency ever will. That is the only qualification this needs. The platform gives you the tools — listings, job centre, referral network. You bring the ground knowledge.
You already have the skills, the contacts, and the deal flow. What you have been missing is infrastructure that does not take half your margin. Keep your brand, plug into the network, earn referral income on the stock you already have.
Portfolio already running? Turn your local knowledge and deal flow into referral income. List your own stock, route work to trusted trades, and earn on every completion in your patch.
